Aura Terms of Use Addendum

1. How these terms fit together

Your use of Aura: Biohacking & Longevity ("Aura") is governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

This page adds a few Aura-specific terms. It supplements the Apple EULA and does not replace it. If the two conflict, the Apple EULA governs. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data: https://aurabioage.com/privacy

2. Wellness disclaimer

Aura is for general wellness and informational purposes only.

• Aura is not a medical device.
• Aura does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
• Your bio age, Fitness, Heart and Sleep ages, readiness, scores, Discoveries and Otto's summaries are estimates. They depend on the data available and can be wrong.
• Talk to a doctor or other qualified health professional before changing your diet, exercise, sleep or medication, and about any health concern.
• Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you saw in Aura.
• If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Billing: all purchases are made through your Apple ID and billed by Apple.
• Plans: Aura Pro is available monthly, yearly, as a Family yearly plan and as a Lifetime one-time purchase.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or your App Store account settings.
• Free trials: trial length and eligibility follow Apple's rules and are shown before you subscribe. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts.
• Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro with no recurring charge.
• Family: the Family plan is shared through Apple Family Sharing, under Apple's Family Sharing rules.
• Refunds: handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Referral program

How it works

• You get a personal referral code (for example, AURA-XXXXXX) to share with friends.
• A friend who enters your code can get 30 days of Aura Pro free through an App Store offer code. The offer is for new subscribers and follows Apple's offer code eligibility rules.
• A referral counts as successful when your friend starts the referral trial with your code.

Your rewards

• Streak freezes: each successful referral refills your streak freezes to your maximum.
• Pro months: every 2 successful referrals earn you 1 month of Aura Pro.
• Limit: you can earn up to 6 Pro months in any 12-month period.
• Paying subscribers: if you already pay for Pro, earned months are banked. They apply automatically if your subscription lapses.
• Lifetime owners: you receive streak freezes only, since you already have Pro.

Rules

• No self-referrals. You cannot use your own code.
• No fake, duplicate or multiple accounts or devices to create referrals.
• No spam, and no paid advertising or paid promotion of your code (for example, search ads or coupon sites).
• Rewards have no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred.
• We may withhold or remove rewards connected to abuse or to referrals we reasonably believe are not genuine.
• We may change, pause or end the program. We will give notice in the app.
